OUR PROCESS

Making a video can be complicated, but at SBS, we keep it simple.
Our process consists of three main stages: concept development,
storyboarding, and animation / editing.

|

STEP 01

The first thing we do is study the existing print annual report to create a storyboard and seek client feedback.

STEP 02

Based on the feedback, we work on animation and submit the First Cut.

STEP 03

We then incorporate feedback from the client and prepare for Second and Final Cut.

Frequently Asked Questions

Traditional annual reports can be dense and time-consuming to read. A Video Annual Report offers a dynamic and engaging way to showcase your organisation’s impact, capturing attention and inspiring support from donors and stakeholders.

The timeline varies depending on factors such as duration, project scope, customisation and client feedback. Typically, the process takes 4 – 6 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery.

We will need your final print annual report. Based on that, we will collaborate closely with you to ensure that the Video Annual Report accurately reflects your organisation’s goals and messaging.

Two rounds of changes will be carried out for the report and the video. Any additional works or changes in the duration etc. will be billed separately.

The final output will be submitted in a high-resolution MP4 file and also a WhatsApp compatible low resolution file on a Google Drive.

Since every project differs, costs vary based on length, the complexity of the animation, and other factors. Speak to us for an exploratory call.

The standard payment terms are 50% advance and balance 50% on completion of the work. However, an organisation can also opt for 35% on signing of contract, 35% on delivery of first cut and balance 30% on submission of final video.
