The Aavishkaar Group’s advising arm, Intellecap, builds enterprises for underserved Global South segments. Intellecap’s pandemic study sought to improve India’s workforce by making markets egalitarian and inclusive.
Intellecap engaged Simit Bhagat Studios to create a 25-page report that conveys the narrative of India’s labour landscape and underlines the issues at hand. The goal was to design a visually appealing document that effectively highlights the study findings and is easy to read.
Simit Bhagat Studios created a 25-page report with hand-drawn illustrations and contemporary design. Photos from our huge in-house archive were included in the report along with impactful data and infographics to illustrate the key concerns.
Intellecap and SBS explored the stylistic approach deeply in order to ensure alignment with the organisation’s goal. Important data, insightful graphs, meaningful iconography, and evocative images were carefully selected to create a visually compelling and informative narrative.
Our hard work yielded an intriguing and compelling report. We’ve played a significant role to advance the conversation on India’s future of work(ers) by thoughtfully integrating visual components, including our own powerful images.
