Child Survival India (CSI) is dedicated to the empowerment of vulnerable communities.  Additionally, CSI empowers individuals to actively engage in life’s decision-making processes by creating access to opportunities and services and building capacities.

CSI commissioned Simit Bhagat Studios to carry out photo documentation and create a photo bank for their work. This bank would help in visual storytelling, finding its place in the organisation’s website, pitch decks, presentations, and various resource materials.

In the heart of New Delhi, we captured over 100 moments that echo resilience, hope, and progress. Each photograph documents a unique journey, capturing the essence of transformation in ways that words cannot.

Our experience working with CSI was authentic and personal. We engaged in continuous dialogues that explored the complexities of their work and the individuals whose lives they impacted. Additionally, we explored various regions of Delhi, including villages situated on the outskirts, informal settlements, colleges, construction sites, and industrial complexes.

The primary objective was to capture initiatives across a wide array of thematic areas in which CSI operates. This includes but not limited to water, sanitation, hygiene, women’s empowerment and nutrition.

Moreover, capturing unfiltered moments of triumph, joy, and determination was the intent. Steered by empathy, we meticulously crafted a narrative that accurately showcases the mission of CSI.

Furthermore, the collection of photographs functions as a powerful tool for advocacy, fundraising, and raising awareness. Finally, the photo documentation work also serves as a vivid record of the organisation’s day-to-day activities throughout the year.

As you explore our commitment to visual storytelling, we invite you to delve deeper into our captivating photo showreel. It highlights stories of people, culture, resilience, courage, and everyday triumphs.
